The role of Best Start inclusion Practitioner will be responsible for the following:

To champion inclusive practice and early identification of special educational needs and or disabilities (SEND) for children aged 0-25 (SEND) through Bury’s Best Start Family Hubs.

To improve outcomes for children aged 05, especially those with additional needs or SEND, by supporting families, encouraging inclusive practice, and strengthening home learning.

To work directly with early years settings, families, and multiagency partners to identify need early, remove barriers to learning and development, and ensure children get the right support at the right time.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
