This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families across the borough by supporting the delivery of high-quality early intervention, family support and community-based services. Working closely with Early Support Managers, partner agencies and local communities, you will help ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.

As a Best Start Network Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating services, projects and activities across Early Support centres and community settings. You will also contribute to project planning, service development, performance monitoring and the continuous improvement of Early Support provision.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience of working with children, young people and families within a multi-agency environment. We are looking for someone who is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and early intervention, with strong relationship-building and organisational skills. In return, you will join a supportive and forward-thinking team that is dedicated to improving lives and strengthening communities
