We are recruiting for a Driver in a hands-on role to deliver and remove bin containers throughout the Brighton & Hove area.

About the role
You will travel to different locations across the city as part of a team delivering or removing bin containers delivering high customer service. (vehicle will be provided). The tasks are constantly different with no two days the same!
This is a permanent job role working: Mon-Fri 6am – 2pm.
The key tasks are:
- Following delivery or removal schedules.
- Delivering bin containers.
- Removing bin containers that are no longer required.
- Taking broken bin containers and other items to scrap merchants.
- Unloading deliveries of new container stock to storage from suppliers.
- Using high pressure water lance to clean inside bins to reuse for delivery.
Our residents come from a variety of backgrounds so you will need to be comfortable interacting with a wide range of people when delivering.

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

Salary range
- £26,409 - £26,835 per year
