    Making A Difference as A Business Admin Apprentice within Children’s Social Care

    St Helens Children’s Social Care Business Support Team are seeking to appoint Business Admin Apprentices to join our hard working, dynamic and enthusiastic Team. The role is temporary for 21 Months, whilst undertaking a Level 3 Business Admin Qualification.


    The Business Support Team is at the centre of Children’s Social Care, supporting the wider Social Work Teams and Safeguarding Board. Providing admin support to our professionals, external agencies, carers, families and young people.


    We are looking for applicants with:

    Good Communication and organisational skills

    Have good interpersonal skills

    Confident in using the telephone

    Good IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft


    You will be required to perform a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks, for which you will be given full training and support. Working alongside experienced staff, both in the office and remotely, you will build up knowledge and develop many transferable skills.

    The successful candidate won’t be alone in their goal to have a positive impact on the lives of the children within St Helens; they will have all the support they need from the whole team.
