We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering change across our organisation. You’ll work on a variety of projects, helping us understand what needs to change, why, and how we can do it in a way that delivers real value.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define activities that support strategic delivery
  • Leading business analysis across change initiatives—people, process, technology, and data
  • Eliciting and documenting business requirements for new or improved services
  • Mapping ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes, identifying gaps and supporting change impact assessments
  • Supporting the development of roadmaps and benefits frameworks
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and helping teams get ready for change
  • Supporting the delivery of sustainable business change and benefits realisation

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone with proven experience in the Business Analyst role who can demonstrate:

Track record of successful change delivery - Experience leading or contributing to change initiatives that resulted in measurable benefits, such as time saved, cost reduced, or improved service outcomes.

Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership - Evidence of building trust, influencing decisions, and facilitating collaboration across teams.

Initiative and self-starting approach - Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive work forward with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and methodologies - Desirable: BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent; good level of secondary education or degree. Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Able to communicate clearly, facilitate effectively, and work collaboratively across diverse teams.

About you

You’ll be:

  • Calm under pressure, building credibility and respect with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resident and customer centric, putting them at the centre of everything you do
  • Highly collaborative, a great communicator and always open to new ideas
  • A strong facilitator, detail-oriented and confident using a range of business analysis tools and techniques

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience across the full lifecycle of business analysis—from concept to implementation
  • Experience with strategic and operational change
  • Ability to produce a range of Business Analysis deliverables including User Stories, Use Cases, Business Process mapping and Business Requirement documentation

If you’re energised by helping others, creative in your problem-solving, and committed to making a lasting difference, we want to hear from you.

Please note we have two 9 month fixed term contract positions available to cover maternity leave.
