Business Change Manager
Are you passionate about helping people navigate change and bringing them on the journey? Do you thrive in complex environments, shaping how organisations adapt and evolve? If so, we are looking for an interim Business Change Manager to join us until the end of the year.
About the role
As a Business Change Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects and programmes deliver real impact by driving adoption, engagement and lasting change. Focusing on the people side of change, you’ll support a range of initiatives that affect processes, systems, roles and ways of working. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand impacts, shape change strategies and ensure colleagues are supported every step of the way.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the business and the wider change function to embed a consistent and effective approach, ensuring change is not only delivered on time and on budget, but truly sticks.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and delivery of change activities to support successful adoption.
- Shape clear, engaging messages that help colleagues understand and embrace new ways of working.
- Assess the impact of changes and work with teams to ensure they feel prepared and supported.
- Facilitate workshops, conversations and sessions that build understanding and confidence.
- Develop training and readiness plans that help teams transition smoothly.
- Champion a positive, people‑centred approach to change across the organisation.
What makes this role special
This role is not a project management role – we’re looking for a people‑centred change professional who focuses on adoption, engagement and embedding change. This is a role where you’ll have real influence over how change is experienced across the organisation.
What you’ll need
You’re a confident and credible communicator who understands how to bring people on a journey. You’re comfortable working across multiple projects, building relationships quickly and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative environment, using insight, empathy and structure to support change, while remaining flexible and solution-focused when things evolve.
- You’re an experienced Change Manager with proven ability in understanding change impacts and designing engagement plans and initiatives that support adoption. (Not project management role).
- Experienced working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced in applying and working within a structured change framework
- Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process, ideally with experience of Prosci ADKAR® and/or APMG Change Management
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, building trust and influencing outcomes
