Salary: SO2 £35,265- £37,036 per annum
35 Hours per Week
Location: Hybrid: Working from home / Pershore Civic Centre / Wildwood Office
Team: Children's Business Systems and Management Information Team

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Worcestershire Children's Management and Information Team for a Business Intelligence Developer
This is a key role for a proactive and innovative individual with the technical skills to develop dashboards, support data quality, statutory returns and Ofsted inspections across Children's Services.
Purpose of the Role
The Business Intelligence Developer will lead on developing reports and dashboards to support performance and Statutory Returns for Children's Services, working within a small team of analysts to drive performance data and improvement across the directorate.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver BI solutions using your substantial knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, SQL and Power BI
- Maintain and apply up to date, substantial knowledge of database concepts, object and data modelling techniques and design principles
- Working as part of the team, ensure effective communication and understanding of business requirements
- Collaborate and partner with all parts and levels of the organisation as an expert technical advisor for creative and innovative BI solution
