An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join our Children's Directorate Team. This role is full-time, offering 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent. You will provide essential PA support to the Service Director of Education, Learning & Inclusion and their Senior Leadership team. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to contribute to our community!

As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
  • Diary Management: Organise and manage appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Communication Coordination: Liaise confidently with Officers, Senior Managers, and Elected Members.
  • Problem Solving: Address and signpost queries effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Document Management: Prepare and maintain reports and correspondence with accuracy.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in providing support at a senior level.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office packages.
  • Educational Background: A good standard of general education, ideally with GCSEs in English and Maths.
