Job description
- provide day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, responding to email enquiries, taking in deliveries and arranging post.
- assist in preparation reports, presentations, and
- give support and guidance to colleagues on our systems, policies and
- be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests promptly and
- assist in organising events, conferences, and other networking
- support in preparing and distributing project documents and
- you may occasionally travel within the district, potentially with overnight stays to attend
- processing and reconciliation of supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies as required.
- raising purchase orders and ensuring approvals are obtained in accordance with internal processes.
