- About The Role - Role Purpose
We are recruiting for a Business Support Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 17.5 hours per week within the centralised Business Support Hub.
The role will provide high-quality administrative and business support across council services, with a focus on effective communication, digital working and strong customer service.
Based within the Health and Adults Social Care Business Support Service, the post holder will work with East London Foundation Trust partners to support the Bethnal Green Neighbourhood Mental Health Team.
If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults with their mental health, committed to achieving positive outcomes through partnership working between the local authority and NHS partners, and have experience in an administrative or business support role, we would love to hear from you!
In this role, you will:

Work in partnership with LBTH and NHS

Support meetings and panels such as Safeguarding, MDT, QAM

Work on case management systems such as Mosaic and RIO

Support data quality exercises and manage data reports
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:-
Strong administrative or business support experience

Confidence in using IT sustems, databases and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
