Business Administration
- Manage the SID Business Office mailbox with a one-day SLA—acknowledging, responding, prioritising and escalating queries appropriately.
- Act as a central communication point for the Business Manager, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up actions.
- Organise, file, and maintain business documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Business Operations & Stakeholder Interaction
- Maintain strong working relationships with SID managers and build networks across the directorate to support collaborative work. [
- Manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders via the SID mailbox.
- Maintain and update the SID Organogram, ensuring monthly updates and quarterly recirculation.
Recruitment & Vacancy Support
- Support the Vacancy Manager with administration of vacancies, including distributing applications, collating sift scores, and managing uploads through the recruitment portal.
- Coordinate, organise, and monitor recruitment campaigns, ensuring vacancy holders are kept updated throughout.
- Support the Directorate with contingent labour recruitment where necessary, ensuring compliance with end-to-end processes.
Keyholder Secretariat Support
- Lead the keyholder secretariat process, including coordinating returns, liaising with teams, preparing submissions, and ensuring timely responses to MoJ assurance teams.
Financial Support
- Support SID on raising purchase orders (PO’s), receipting, and managing the Purchase to Pay process for SID.
- Track and manage ongoing PO’s and Manual Payments (MPA’s)
- Raise new supplier and MPA requirements as required.
