Business Support provides specialist administration support to services across the Council.

The post holder will be required to assist in the effective business and administrative support to the Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Team, to ensure the smooth running of the Child Protection and Child Looked After Service, providing a range of administrative support, including planning and coordination of Child Protection meetings, circulating agenda papers, minute taking and ensuring follow up actions are progressed. You will also be expected to maintain up to date accurate information on computerised records and systems to produce reports and documents in line with corporate standards.

The successful applicant will have excellent, proven, minute taking skills and be able to prioritise their own workload, whilst working as part of a very busy team. Excellent communication and customer care skills are essential.
