We’re looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to help make lunchtimes a great experience for our customer. If you enjoy working with food and have a passion for great customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Setting up and clearing the dining area
• Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
• Supporting the café manager with food prep and service
• Following hygiene and safety procedures
• Completing kitchen paperwork (e.g. cleaning schedules, temperature logs)

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring attitude and a team spirit
• Good communication skills
• Basic literacy and numeracy
• Awareness of food hygiene, allergens, and safeguarding
• Willingness to complete training (e.g. Manual Handling, Food Hygiene)

This is a physically active role in a busy cafe, so you’ll need to be comfortable with standing, lifting, and working at pace.

Flexibility is appreciated, especially during functions & events.

This position is fixed term until 31/03/27 to cover long term sickness. Will be reviewed after this date.
