CARELINK RESPONSE OFFICER

Salary:£13.26 per hour + night shift enhancement

Hours:24 or 32 hours per week

Joint Our Team:

Be part of our dedicated Carelink team, providing 24-hour emergency response to community alarm clients across High Peak. We're looking for caring individuals to help us enhance our services and embrace new always of working.

Your Role:

· Emergency response to help older and vulnerable customer live independently.

· Administrative support for Carelink team

· Incidental CCTV monitoring

· Building strong relationships with service users

What We Need:

· Excellent communication skills

· Flexible and positive attitude

· Reliant in emergencies

· Full driving licence

· Enhanced DBS clearance

Location: Ecclesfold, Chapel-en-le-Frith. Shifts: 7 days shift rota over three shifts, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.
