Location: Shoreditch, Hackney
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Pay: £14.80 per hour

Wenlock Barn TMO is seeking a Caretaker with experience working within a Social Housing Estate environment or equivalent.
Duties include cleaning communal areas of blocks such as stairs, lifts, corridors, bin chamber and external areas to a high standard. You will also be expected to remove bulk items from communal areas to designated removal areas.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a flexible approach to work, good customer care, good communication and interpersonal skills.
We expect you to effectively prioritise work on your patch, working on your own and as part of a team.
