Make a positive difference and help bring offenders to justice.
As our Case Administrator, you’ll play a key role in preparing case files for multiple teams and manage both internal and external enquiries. You’ll also provide essential guidance on a variety of offences with public enquiries being handled via telephone.
You’ll be
- Processing minor offences ensuring files are produced.
- Interacting with a range of stakeholders about a variety of sensitive matters and conflicts.
- Gathering additional information and referring complex files to a Case Builder.
You must
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written.
- Be experienced using computer databases to accurately input and extract information.
- Have experience working in a confidential and sensitive setting.
