Build strong case files for stronger outcomes.
As our Case Progression Officer (24/7), you’ll provide around the clock service preparing and developing files to be submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service and Courts and obtain the results for recording.
You’ll build case files and antecedents, issue Postal Requisitions and manage clerical tasks relating to case queries and evidential requests.
You’ll be
- Processing information gathered accurately within time constraints and meeting quality/data protection standards.
- Identifying problems, investigating, recording and distributing information regarding ongoing and finalised cases.
- Managing telephone queries from the public, victims and defendants.
You must have
- Research skills, including gathering and analysing information from databases and compiling/ presenting it.
- Experience producing high quality and accurate written correspondence with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and plan workload to meeting objectives in a timely manner.
