Caseworker
Do you enjoy working flexibly and supporting people in a way that fits around their lives, not ours?
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and adaptable Live Well Aware Caseworker to join our team. We are looking for someone who can offer flexibility, as this role includes out-of-hours work, with regular late evening and weekend commitments to meet the needs of the service and providing support when people need it most.
No two days are the same in this role. Rather than working from a traditional hub-based setting, you will meet people where they feel most comfortable and where support is most accessible to them. This may include community venues, cafés, local services, or other suitable public settings.
The Live Well Aware service is designed for individuals who may find it difficult to engage with a standard hub environment due to work commitments, family responsibilities, caring duties, personal circumstances, or other barriers. You will provide flexible, person-centred support that works around the needs of the individual, helping them access the right interventions at a time and place that suits them.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is resilient and proactive.
- Can work independently and manage a varied caseload.
- Is passionate about delivering person-centred support.
- Is confident working within community settings.
- Can adapt their approach to meet the needs of a diverse range of individuals.
- Is able to work flexibly across evenings and weekends.
