On the site of the world's first factory, the Museum of Making has been designed to inspire those who visit with new creativity, whilst showcasing Derby's 300-year history of making and celebrating the areas rich history of innovation. Designed and made by the people and Industries of Derby, the Museum of Making is truly unique and is a must-visit destination for those in the East Midlands and beyond.

To make this experience even more exceptional, we are looking for a Casual Events Duty Manager to work principally with our Catering and Venue Hire teams. Delivering high-quality events and supervising the staff, you will have great leadership skills, a passion for food & beverage, an eye for detail and a positive, proactive attitude, as well as being absolutely committed to ensuring our beverage operations including our bars for events are financially profitable.
