Casual Senior Care Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and helping residents to live fulfilling lives.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the care team, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and dignified care. You will work closely with nurses, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families to promote the highest standards of care and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the nurse or senior on duty to meet the needs of the clients in their care. Tasks will include the administration of medication, supervision of junior staff, arranging appointments and managing and organising the shift.
