As a Casual Spa Therapist, you’ll support the spa during busy periods, seasonal demand, special events, and staff cover—offering flexibility while gaining experience in a professional, high‑end spa environment.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver a high standard of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest.
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to a clean, organised, and fully stocked standard.
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Support the spa team through flexible working, stepping in when additional cover or expertise is required.
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A Level 3 Beauty or Massage Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
- Professional experience delivering spa or beauty treatments.
- A strong commitment to exceptional customer care and guest wellbeing.
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to varying service needs.
- Positive communication skills and a collaborative approach.
