We’re looking for a Catering Assistant to become a valued member of our dedicated kitchen team at Melbourne School.
🍽️ What you’ll be doing
As a key part of our service, you’ll support the Kitchen Supervisor with a variety of tasks, including:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Portion control
- Allergen compliance
- Setting up the dining room
- Helping provide a warm, welcoming lunchtime service
You may work in our production kitchen or at a servery unit — either way, no two days are the same!

🎓 Training & Requirements
Successful applicants will complete the NVQ Food Hygiene Certificate upon appointment.
