Band E 30.00 Working Hours – 39 Weeks per Year Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for a highly motivated person with strong organisational and people skills to manage a busy school and hospitality catering service in our school. Our total focus is on fresh, wholesome, modern and exciting food for our pupils. As a team leader with motivational flair, you will have a 'Hands On' approach and be involved in food production; as well as having good organisational and people management skills to manage and develop the services across the whole school day. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, customer care, and hygiene is essential. Ideally you should have a minimum of 5 years management experience within a catering environment and hold HND, NEBSS or similar qualification in catering management. We serve on average 250 meals a day across the whole school with over 400 on roll. You will be managing a team of four other staff and working in conjunction with our external catering consultancy. Working hours are currently 8am to 2pm, term time plus 5 Inset days.
