Are you ready to lead one of the Council’s most high-profile public safety services?

We’re looking for a dynamic CCTV Control Room Supervisor to oversee our 24/7 public space surveillance operation. You’ll manage a dedicated team, drive performance, and ensure rapid emergency response all while supporting the Council’s Corporate Plan and resilience strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire CCTV operators in a fast-paced control room
  • Ensure high-quality monitoring, reporting, and emergency response
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Drive commercial CCTV opportunities and support strategic projects
  • Deliver performance reports and contract oversight
  • Uphold legal compliance under RIPA, Human Rights Act & more

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in CCTV operations and surveillance
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Expert knowledge of CCTV systems and relevant legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
