The Governors of Runcorn All Saints CE Primary School are seeking to employ a friendly, organised and proactive Clerical Officer to join our school office. The post is for 16 hours, Monday – Friday and hours can be negioated. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school and providing a warm, professional welcome to pupils, parents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact at reception, responding to enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Provide general administrative support including photocopying, filing and data entry
- Maintain accurate school records and assist with attendance monitoring
- Support staff with handling communications, newsletters and correspondence
- Assist with ordering supplies and managing deliveries
- Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding procedures at all times
We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and/or school information systems such as Arbor
- A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a school office or customer-facing admin role (desirable but not essential)

Salary range
- £9,220 - £25,185 per year
