Job Description
Based at Lochlands Resource Centre, 2 Cairnie Road, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 2B – Fixed
In this workstyle work is regularly undertaken at a fixed point within council premises. There is no requirement for out of office working. You will have a guaranteed shared desk and you will work where the service is needed to meet customer demands.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with a positive attitude to come and join our team. Your qualities and skills should include excellent customer care skills, ability to be a crucial team player and be caring and customer focused. You will work as part of a team based within Lochlands Resource Centre providing clerical support to the Manager, Senior Resource Co-ordinator and staff team who provide support and enable adults with learning disabilities, including people with complex disabilities to promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
This is a busy environment and you will be required to use various Microsoft office packages, input data to the client index systems, undertake reception and telephone duties, filing, money handling including petty cash, lunches and comfort funds, scanning and all other general office duties.

Salary range
