Are you an experienced hands-on IT professional with a passion for cloud, security, and solving complex problems? We’re looking for a proactive Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in keeping critical systems secure, stable, and performing at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Deliver day-to-day support across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
• Own and resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents
• Support modern workplace tools including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Entra
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and keep services running smoothly
• Contribute to security, compliance, and data protection across the organisation
• Carry out Azure IaaS administration, e.g. VM Builds, Storage accounts, AUM, Backup/ASR
• Drive improvements through root cause analysis, automation, and best practice
• Collaborate with wider IT, security, and project teams to deliver high-quality services

About you

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and on-prem infrastructure
• Solid understanding of identity, access, and security principles
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLAs, and service delivery
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with planning and carrying out Technical changes following ITIL processes
