Salary: £26,846 - £28,143 per annum
Work pattern: Permanent (37 hours p/w)
Location: Lincoln, Hybrid (1 day a week will be office based)

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with data and systems? We're looking for a Commercial Support Officer to join our Corporate Commercial Procurement Services team and play a key role in supporting contract management across the organisation.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining the Commercial Contract Repository, supporting contract governance, compliance monitoring and reporting activities. Working alongside Contract Managers, you'll ensure commercial contract information is accurate, accessible and compliant, while helping deliver valuable management information through reporting and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Commercial Contract Repository and contract registers.
- Support contract compliance and governance activities.
- Produce reports and management information using data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Carry out quality assurance checks on procurement and contract records.
- Support responses to Freedom of Information requests.
- Provide contract management support, including contract handovers and documentation.
- Analyse contract and performance data to support decision-making.
About You
You will have:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- The ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines.
- A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
Desirable experience includes:
- SharePoint administration.
- Power BI reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement and the Procurement Act 2023.
