About the role
At Eleanor Lodge, we support adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives. Based in Delapre, Northampton, we provide both residential support and care within people's own homes across the local community.
We're proud of our friendly and committed teams who deliver high-quality, person-centred support every day. Whether supporting someone at home, helping them access their community, or enabling them to achieve their goals, our work has a real impact on people's lives.
Additional information
You may already have experience in care, support work or another people-focused role, but most importantly you'll bring kindness, patience and a positive attitude. You'll be confident working independently, while also being a supportive member of the wider team.
A Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care would be beneficial, although we will support the successful candidate to achieve this qualification if required.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, due to the community-based nature of the role.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate. It is also a regulated activity and will be subject to a Children and Adults Barred List check.
