
Community Safety Team Manager
Permanent - 37.5 hours a week - Hybrid, 2 days a week on-site - £60,000 per annum
We are hiring for a Community Safety Team Manager here at Wandle to lead our team of Community Safety Officers.
This role will lead, motivate and tranform the Community Safety Team to deliver a high quality, customer focused response to anti-social behaviour (ASB), hate crime, domestic abuse, tenancy fraud and other community safety concerns across our neighbourhoods.
Key day to day responsibilities:
- Oversight and direction of complex, high-risk community safety casework.
- Leadership, performance management, and support of the Community Safety team.
- Multi-agency coordination and decision making.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience managing complex ASB and domestic abuse cases.
- Strong people management and leadership capability.
- Excellent understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding duties.
- Confidence in multi-agency partnership working.
- Trauma informed, customer focused approach.
- Ability to develop and transform the ASB service.
