Compliance Officer - RPEEPs
Compliance Officer – RPEEPs
We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious, and great with detail to help us keep our buildings safe and fully compliant with new RPEEPs regulations.
This is an important role where you’ll gather and check key information, keep our records accurate, and work closely with colleagues and partners to make sure actions are completed on time. You’ll help us track progress, manage grant‑funded activity, and support a safe, well‑run environment for our residents. You’ll also help us use our government funding responsibly by keeping our monthly finance reports accurate, transparent and easy for stakeholders to understand.
We’re at an early stage of building this part of our service, so you’ll need to enjoy shaping processes, solving problems, and improving the way we work as we grow.
What you’ll do
- Keep compliance information up to date and accurate.
- Monitor any overdue actions and escalate risks where needed.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Support reporting, data checks, and grant‑funding records.
- Help us improve our systems and ways of working.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in compliance or another regulated area.
- Confidence working with data and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your time.
- A collaborative, kind and solutions‑focused approach.
- A commitment to diversity, customer care and doing the right thing.
If you’re someone who likes clarity, purpose and improving things for residents, we’d love to hear from you.
