Contract Manager – Drive Performance and Deliver Excellent Property Services
Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services? Join Peabody's Repairs Team and play a key role in managing contractor performance, driving service improvements and ensuring our homes are maintained to the highest standards.
Working closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders, you'll help deliver excellent customer outcomes, strong commercial performance and value for money across our property services contracts.
What you'll be doing
- Manage contractor performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.
- Monitor KPIs, work in progress and service delivery, driving improvements where performance falls below expectations.
- Lead contract review meetings, manage escalations and support complaint resolution.
- Use data and insight to improve service performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring
- Experience managing contracts, contractor performance and service delivery within housing, maintenance or a similar environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Good commercial awareness, including budget management and delivering value for money.
- Knowledge of property maintenance, compliance and Health & Safety requirements.

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
- This role will involve travel to offices and contractor locations, including Westminster, Basildon, Houghton Regis and other regional offices.
