Elizabeth Fry Charity operates a Ministry of Justice Approved Premises in Reading, offering a safe and supportive environment for up to 25 women. We’re committed to delivering exceptional accommodation and meaningful, person centred support for women navigating the criminal justice system.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting management role created to support the Charity’s growth and strengthen our leadership team.
As Resettlement and Support Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of Resettlement and Support Officers delivering 24/7 support to residents
- Be a visible, supportive presence for staff, particularly during evening hours
- Play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our services
- Contribute to wider management responsibilities, including participation in an On-Call rota
This is a 34 hour per week part time role, with a proposed working pattern of:
- Monday: 1pm – midnight
- Tuesday: 5pm – midnight
- Wednesday: 3pm – midnight
- Thursday: 5pm – midnight
We are also open to alternative working arrangements.
We offer a competitive salary for this role, with the full-time equivalent salary £39,106 - £46,688.
Who We’re Looking For

Experience within the criminal justice sector, including an understanding of risk assessment and management, would be advantageous.
