In this rewarding role, you will provide direct support to residents experiencing financial crisis, helping them access emergency assistance, maximise their income, and build long-term financial resilience.

What you will do:

  • Meet with vulnerable residents and provide support in community settings.
  • Work with partner organisations to ensure residents get the right financial support.

  • Contribute to service improvement, ensuring the fund is accessible, fair, and effective.

About you

You will have:
  • Experience of providing customer-focused advice, support, or welfare services.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with residents, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Confidence in handling complex enquiries and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile programme that supports vulnerable residents while helping communities become more resilient for the future.
