Are you an experienced adult educator ready to take the next step?
We’re looking for a confident and inspiring Curriculum Organiser to help drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across our Adult Learning provision.
You’ll be an experienced tutor with a strong understanding of effective teaching, assessment, IQA processes and awarding-body requirements. You’ll have experience of mentoring colleagues, sharing effective resources and approaches, and helping others develop their practice.
You’ll be highly organised, a confident communicator, and able to analyse performance and quality data, identify trends, and produce concise reports to support quality improvement. You’ll model effective practice, provide constructive feedback, and challenge poor practice professionally.
You’ll build strong relationships with tutors and learners, bringing the judgement, flexibility and professionalism needed to support a diverse range of adult learners.
If you’re collaborative, credible and passionate about helping tutors and learners succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity
In the role of Curriculum Coordinator, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
As a Curriculum Organiser, you’ll support tutors to deliver high quality learning and ensure teaching sessions run smoothly and consistently.
You’ll help shape the curriculum by supporting the quality of lesson delivery, reviewing learner progress and supporting improvements where needed.
You’ll guide tutors in using learning resources, digital tools and assessment approaches so learners get a great experience.
You’ll play a key role in keeping learner information accurate and up to date, helping the service make strong, evidence based decisions.
You’ll work closely with Curriculum Managers to keep programmes on track and make sure learners achieve positive outcomes.

About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have...

Strong communication skills — able to explain ideas clearly and support tutors with confidence.

Experience supporting teaching or learning — gained predominantly through teaching; experience of coaching, mentoring or curriculum support would be an advantage.

Ability to review and improve practice — able to analyse performance data, prioritise improvement actions, provide constructive feedback, and support others to develop their practice.

Good organisational skills — able to analyse performance data, identify and prioritise improvement actions, manage schedules, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.

Confidence using digital learning tools — able to support tutors with online platforms and resources.

Attention to detail — especially when reviewing learner information or checking the quality of learning.

Ability to work collaboratively — comfortable working with tutors, managers and quality teams.

Commitment to positive learner outcomes — motivated by helping learners progress and succeed.
