Job Description

Salary: £33,531 - £38,052 per annum Grade D Fixed Term Contract / Internal Secondment - 24 months 37 Hours per Week The Role:
  • Design, produce, and maintain regular and ad-hoc MI reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with HR and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.

Data Management

  • Process input of new starters and contractual changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Undertake data cleansing activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of employee data.
  • Monitor data quality and implement improvements where required.
  • Produce management information reports using Power BI.

System Support (Oracle Fusion)

  • Support the development and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HR modules, including testing and feedback on system upgrades.
  • Act as a point of contact for user queries, providing advice and guidance on system functionality.
  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline systems and data workflows.

Compliance & FOI Requests

  • Coordinate and respond to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests relevant to the People function.
  • Ensure responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with statutory obligations.
  • Maintain records of FOI requests and support the People Team with compliance monitoring.

Key Skills, Experience, Knowledge:

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

  • Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Oracle, Power BI.
  • A good understanding of how HCM systems are managed.
  • Proven ability and experience of using statistical methods to describe or make inferences about data
  • Ability to communicate insights and results of data analyses by producing meaningful written reports, dashboards.
  • Ability to work with broad datasets, navigating data quality issues along the way.
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy coupled with strong organising and planning skills.
