SUBJECT Level 4 – Permanent Contract
Location: Westminster Bridge Road. You’ll be required to work in the Westminster Bridge Road office a minimum of 2 days per week
Course Duration: 14-month apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship qualification, your salary will increase to the standard rate for this role, which is currently £48,113 per annum. Please note that this rate may be subject to an increase by the time you complete your apprenticeship.

About the role
We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst Apprentice to join our Data Quality team, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Data team in maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent data across the organisation. Working under the guidance of experienced team members and reporting to the Data Quality Lead, you’ll help maintain data quality dashboards and scorecards under the supervision of the Data Quality team and contribute to data quality audits and endure information recorded is to agreed standards. This role offers structured learning and skill building in learning how to analyse and interpret data to help improve the quality of information, and improving your skills with data analysis tool, all while contributing to Peabody’s mission and strategic goals.
With mentorship and hands-on experience, you’ll grow your skill set and explore opportunities for personal and professional development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Help maintain data quality dashboards
- Support project delivery work that improves data collection
- Assist with data checking and validation
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
About the Apprenticeship:
This is a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship over 14 months. As part of the programme, you will complete planned training and development activities that are built into your normal working hours. During this time, you will attend workshops, receive one-to-one mentoring, and apply your learning to real-world tasks. Upon completing the apprenticeship, you’ll have a final assessment to demonstrate your skills and readiness for a career in data quality.
Funding Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Not be in full-time education at the start of the apprenticeship.
- Not already hold qualifications at the same or a higher level in a similar subject.
- Have lived in the UK/EEA for at least 3 years prior to the commencement of your apprenticeship
- Your residency status must remain valid for the entire duration of the apprenticeship.
If you gained your qualifications outside the UK, we’ll need a ENIC translation (www.naric.org.uk)
What We’re Looking For:
- A commitment to completing the apprenticeship
- An organised, and curious approach
- Good attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- An interest in data analysis, technology or problem-solving
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 2 qualifications (5 GCSEs or equivalent)
