Description

Delivering the Details That Drives Development

In the position of Delivery Team Administrator, you will be providing a range of diverse administrative & support duties to the L&D team. These duties can be anything from arranging, attending & note taking for meetings to collating & compiling management information reports

This position requires you to have a keen eye for details & be highly organised in your daily work approach

What you’ll be doing

• Processing & recording information
• Co-ordinating training venues & resources for trainers
• Dealing with enquiries from both internal and external customers

The must haves

• Educated to GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
• Experience in working in a customer focused environment
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (specifically, outlook, word & excel)
