Job summary
As a Team Leader, you will be expected to ensure the delivery team(s) performance and engagement under your leadership is optimised to meet operational demand, and that business key performance indicators are met.Job description
You will be reporting to your HEO Team Leader and your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
● Direct line management responsibility for a large team of Administrative Officers (AO).
● Proactively control the daily operational management of your team utilising the case management system and MI data such internal reports and quality assurance data.
● Oversee the management and analysis of performance for your team; supporting your staff to ensure they can meet performance expectations.
● Positively champion transformation, innovation and ongoing continuous improvement across your area to support the organisation's strategic objectives.
● Build positive working relationships across the business, and support the Delivery Manager/Assistant Head where needed with external engagement.
● Be prepared to support other areas of operational delivery as required.

As a Delivery Team Leader within UK Security Vetting, we are looking for people who have the following expertise and attributes:

Additional information:
A minimum 60% of your working time should be spent at your principal workplace. Although requirements to attend other locations for official business will also count towards this level of attendance.

Due to a business requirement, one of the two available posts must be based in Glasgow; therefore, location may be a factor in offer prioritisation.
