Support safer communities through smart licensing decisions.
Join the team as the Deputy Alcohol Licensing Manager, where you’ll ensure smooth running of the Firearms and Alcohol Licensing department to keep communities in Leicestershire safe. You’ll be a key decision-maker for licence applications and conduct visits to ensure compliance, attending meetings or court if required.
You’ll be
- Organising all alcohol licencing applications deciding on if review, revocation or representation is required.
- Prepare evidence for presentation at court or licensing committees.
- Manage development of intelligence regarding Night Time Economy and the policing response to this.
You must have
- Skills interpreting legislation and regulations and providing expert advice on their requirements.
- Experience of investigative work.
- Previous work with digital databases to extract, interpret and draw conclusions from data.
