The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to work closely with the Headteacher in leading and developing our popular village school.

Catsfield CEP is small but aspirational with a clear vision for every child to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. Our inclusive school is well supported by all in our community and is a place for challenging, creative and inspiring learning.

• Can bring a wealth of experience as an outstanding practitioner across the primary age range

• Can demonstrate an excellent understanding of high-quality teaching and learning

• Will inspire, encourage, support and challenge staff as well as pupils to reach their full potential

• Recognises the importance of well-being for every pupil, family and staff member
