Development Coordinator

Permanent, 37 hours per week

Salary NS6 £26,824 - £28,142 per annum

We are now recruiting for a Development Coordinator to support our Major Projects, Compliance, and Repairs teams across a wide range of development activities. In this role, you’ll assist with pre‑construction work, feasibility studies, procurement tasks, customer follow‑ups, and general project administration. You’ll work closely with surveyors, build managers, and external partners to help progress development opportunities efficiently from early concept through to planning stages.

You will have experience of working in a construction, housing, planning or related field and can develop effective partnerships across organisations.
