About the Role

As the Digital & IT Service Centre Team Leader you will report directly to the IT Service & Operations Manager to successfully manage the Digital & IT Service Centre. Your will lead the Service Centre in dealing with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to maximise the availability and performance of all Digital Services. You will work closely with the Infrastructure & Cloud Team Leader to oversee the response to IT incidents and deputise for the IT Service & Operations Manager when required. You will provide support, guidance and escalation routes for the engineers within your teams.

You should have experience leading teams to deliver customer results and be able to collaborate across the growing Digital Services team.
