An exciting three-year digital improvement programme is underway at Dacorum. Our overarching aim is to enable customers to interact seamlessly with the council. However, this programme is also about improving the digital experience, providing employees with the tools and digital skills needed in a modern workplace, making it easier for us all to do our jobs.

To support the programme, we have built a new Digital, Data and Technology Team, creating opportunities for technical experts to make a real difference to the way that Dacorum Borough Council delivers services to its communities.

As a Digital Officer, you will play a key role in our digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and developing robust end-to-end digital processes and services. You will work closely with various Council services and partners to ensure that new digital services meet the needs of our customers and staff.

A Basic check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate has no relevant convictions.
