Description

Lead the secure and compliant disclosure of our information.

As our Disclosure Officer, you’ll play a key role in leading the team that manages requests for the disclosure of police information to external partners. Working closely with fellow managers, you’ll adapt to the changing needs of the organisation and gaining hands‑on experience overseeing teams across the Disclosure Unit, strengthening your leadership skills.

You’ll be

• Leading a team, taking daily responsibility for performance management and service delivery.
• Overseeing the management of disclosure requests ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
• Ensuring standards are maintained and training/development needs are addressed through quality assurance checks.

You must have

• Coaching, mentoring and service delivery planning experience.
• Skills examining detailed information and providing interpretations and explanations.
• Problem solving experience including resolving complaints.
