Job Introduction

We have opportunities to join us as Domestic Abuse Intervention Case Managers (known internally as Case Manager – Drive Project).

Fixed term until 31st December 2028 but with the potential for extension beyond that date.

Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partnership is committed to reducing domestic abuse and improving outcomes for victims, children and families. We are seeking 4 experienced and committed Case Managers to support the implementation and delivery of the Drive Project across Lincolnshire.

The Drive model is an innovative, evidence-informed approach that works with high-risk and high-harm perpetrators of domestic abuse to reduce abuse, disrupt offending behaviour and increase the safety of victims and children. The model combines intensive case management with a coordinated multi-agency response to hold perpetrators accountable while placing victim safety at the centre of all activity.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a specialist team and help shape a whole-system response to domestic abuse across Lincolnshire.


The Role

As a Drive Case Manager, you will work directly with individuals who perpetrate domestic abuse, using assertive engagement techniques, professional curiosity and robust risk management to promote accountability and behavioural change. You will work closely with domestic abuse services, police, probation, housing, health and safeguarding partners to develop and deliver coordinated intervention plans.


About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with complex and high-risk service users.
  • Has knowledge of domestic abuse, safeguarding, risk assessment and offender or behaviour change work.
  • Understands the impact of domestic abuse on victims, children and families.
  • Has experience working within multi-agency environments.
  • Is confident in balancing support, challenge and accountability.
  • Can manage competing priorities and a varied caseload.
  • Has excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Has the ability to accurately record timely documentation

You must have the ability to travel across the county in order to meet the needs of the service.


Posts are subject to pre employment checks including DBS and Police Vetting.


Secondments from partners involved in Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partnership are welcome subject to prior agreement from managers.

A Smarter Working Employer

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process.

Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We require that you have in place good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.

Fluency Duty
