Rushcliffe Family Hub is on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support families, guiding them on school readiness, behaviour, sleep, relationships, employment, and emotional wellbeing. If you have a passion for early childhood development, particularly the significance of the first 1001 days, we want to hear from you!

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to ensure children are ready for learning.
  
• Provide one-to-one support to parents and carers, addressing identified needs.
  
• Collaborate with families and partner agencies to create a supportive network.
  
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports as required.
  
• Work flexibly in various settings, including Family Hub properties and community venues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with children aged 0-5 and their families.
  
• An NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
  
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
  
• Understanding of child development and the importance of early attachments.
