Electrician - Street Lighting

We're looking for a practical, motivated and safety-focused Electrician to join our Street Lighting team.

You'll help keep Salford's streets, highways and public spaces safe by installing, maintaining and repairing street lighting and illuminated street furniture. Working as part of a skilled team, you'll undertake a variety of electrical, construction and maintenance activities across the city.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has electrical experience and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Has experience in construction, highways or relevant practical experience.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely.
• Has a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
• Holds a Full UK driving licence. Competent in driving vehicles and safely operating tools, plant and equipment to an industry recognised standard.
• Communicates effectively and can build positive working relationships with colleagues and the public.
