Provide vital support across HR teams
You will provide customer-oriented administration support within our Policy and Employee Relations Team and be the first point of contact for general HR enquiries. You will also provide support to HR Business Partners and wider HR teams in delivering key HR priorities.
Take your admin skills to a whole new level
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills gained in a customer-facing environment. HR experience would be good but is not essential and, in fact, this role would be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to make the first step in their HR career.
The ability to respond pro-actively to changing priorities is essential in this varied and fast-paced role. You will need a calm, organised approach and must be a strong communicator who works well as part of a team. In the same breath, you will help to uphold our customer promise: to be reliable, responsive and build relationships.
