As an Employment & Life Sustainment Advisor within L&Q’s CleanStart programme, you will work with individuals who are rebuilding their lives, people with complex histories, multiple barriers, and significant potential. Many are navigating the criminal justice system, trauma, neurodiversity, homelessness, or long-term exclusion from work.
Your role is to walk alongside them, combining challenge with compassion, structure with belief. You will be helping people not just get a job, but sustain employment, rebuild stability, and create a new future.
CleanStart is L&Q’s flagship social value and employment programme, delivering real, measurable impact by providing paid work, volunteering, mentoring, and intensive pastoral support to people furthest from the labour market.
You can learn more about the programme and its impact here: https://www.lqgroup.org.uk/cleanstart
